Special Delivery
Yesterday, the book bag that Aunt Nember ordered for Hayden arrived! It also came with this super sticky lollipop.
It came while Hayden was napping. So, I got it out of the box and had it all set up and ready for Hayden to see when she woke up. Well, she clung to my leg when I put her down to see the bag! I thought, "Oh great, my child is afraid of her book bag! Now what?" But she got over it once she woke up some more.
She took her penguin everywhere yesterday!
It is a Pittsburgh Penguin book bag, in case you were wondering! She had to explore every little compartment.
She said, "Unzip nose."

Here she is this morning ready to show all of her friends at school her new book bag. This is the shirt that Morgan got Hayden for her birthday...so cute!

I know, I didn't even think about the link to the p-burgh penguins until yesterday! The girls have to remember their roots!! This yankee is going to make sure of that.
