The Arm Update
On Monday Jeremy had surgery in order to get the pins and bar out of his arm. Everything went well and this is now what it looks like. The splinted it and wrapped it up because he has the 4 pin holes that go right to his bone. Don't want any of those holes to get infected!!
His skin is extremely dry, but he is so glad to have those pins out!
On Friday he went back to the doctor and they cut the splint off! So, now it's time to get that arm back up to par. We were both kind of thinking that once he got the splint off his arm would be back to normal. Well, that's not how it was at all. He can't move his wrist very much at all. He can't pick things up at all.
We went to O'Charlie's last night and we had a to go box (one of those Styrofoam things). I had Layne and her car seat and Jeremy was going to get Hayden and the to go box. All of a sudden I heard Jeremy saying quite loudly, "Ahhhh....take it take it take it!". I was thinking I was going to look up at him standing there holding a stack of plates or something. But he was holding the to go box in his right hand. He said later that it felt like someone was hanging from his fingers! He also said that when he had his little outburst he noticed at least two table of people looking up at him like he was crazy. As mom and Bern say, "You'll have that!"

Little Layner swinging outside yesterday. I know I know, where is her other sock....who knows!
Hayden fell while we were in the shower this morning! She hit her head on the shower seat. I didn't think it was a big deal until I took a look.
Dora can heal all! I guess the band aide felt weird on her eye so she had to make weird faces.
