Lemons, Lemon Juice, and Laughs!
It just never gets old! I am sure that just about every parent out there has given their baby or toddler a lemon to try. It's so over done yet so darn funny!
I just had to let her do it over and over again so I could see her reaction. It reminded me of something that I did to my brother when I was young. I think that I was about 6 and he was 4 years old. I took the light bulb out of a lamp, turned the lamp on, and told him to stick his finger in it. Of course, it shocked him and I knew that it would. I had him do it over and over and he did because I was his older cooler big sister. Then we moved onto the key in the light socket. That's when the sparks flew, literally, and I got busted because it burned a little hole in our couch. Any way, when my parents asked me why I had Johnny do that over and over my response was, "because I wanted to see the funny look on his face over and over!". So, that's what I did to my daughter tonight-only with a lemon and no electricity! Some people never change!
