New House

Here is a picture of the house that we have a contract on! It's in north Loganville in Walton County. It's a foreclosure-which was all we were looking at. The bank came in and repainted the inside and out of the entire house, re-carpeted it, and put in all new appliances! It's in a swim/tennis community. We are super excited about the house and the 1 acre that it comes with. Out closing is set for late March. Now all we have to do is find a renter for our house here in Conyers!
