Downtown Disney

On Thursday we went to Downtown Disney with the girls. They had a Lego store. Outside of the store they had all these lego displays set up. It was pretty awesome!
And of course there were princesses!

We had to stop at the candy store! Layne got a Mickey Mouse cake pop and Hayden got chocolate covered marshmallows on a straw. Here's Layne enjoying sisters leftovers while we waited for the shuttle.

First Snoball!

While we were in Florida we stopped at Snoballs while mom was working. We all enjoyed some Snoball goodness...even Gwynn. She had her first plain snoball!

Cookies with Pappy!

On Friday the girls headed over to Pappy and Nina's house for cookie making and a sleepover. Here's Pappy explaining the cooking making process to the girls. Hayden is hanging on every word that he says and Layne is thinking...can we just get started!?
Cracking eggs to make the dough.
They turned out great!!

Homemade Christmas

This year I made wall art for Christmas gift. Here's Johnny and Mwende's key hook.
Sep and Morgan got the cute little bird house key hooks.
Pappy and Melody, Grandma and Pap, and Grammy and Pop all got the Grandkids Make Life More Grand wall plaques.

Ice Cream Truck

Jeremy bough this ice cream truck from Philip so that he could use it for Snoballs. He drove it down to Florida when we left on Tuesday morning. It was a loud and adventurous trip, but he survived and so did the truck! Now the plan is to get it rewrapped and on the road as a food truck for advertising and events!
While it was in our driveway the girls just loved going out there while daddy was working on it. They would play "ice cream shop".

Laynes Christmas Party!

Today Layne had her Polar Express PJ party at school. She was so excited to wear her PJ's to school!
Pizza and cupcakes for everyone! Hayden got to come to the party because her last day of school was yesterday.

Our Wynnie

Such a pretty happy baby :)
"Daddy, I don't want to startle you but there is a lion under my head and I don't know how much longer I can hold him down!!"
Look at the big girl with her feet touching the ground!!

Hayden's Hunting Diaries

Hayden went over to Grammy and Pop's house with daddy on Friday night and Saturday morning to go hunting. She decided that she would document her adventures for me and Layne. That girls is just so darn cute and funny! I just adore her!!

Lots Going On!

Grammy has been in the hospital for almost 2 weeks now. She went in two Mondays ago with severe abdominal pain. They found out that there was a blockage in her intestines. She had surgery that Friday to remove scar tissue and some of her intestines. Now she's working to recover. The update as of right now is that her kidneys are not functioning so she receives dialysis every other day. She is eating solid foods now and physical therapy is having her get up and walk about 50 steps using a walker each day. Making progress!
Here is a balloon that the girls brought her one day when we went to visit.

We made these snowmen for Grammy's window at the hospital.

We also made some snowflakes and Christmas trees.

Happy baby! She's doing such a great job on her tummy!

Grandma came in on Wednesday on her way back to Florida from Pittsburgh. She brought my Madame Alexander doll collection with her (half of them are Sep's). I had such a great time on Wednesday night unwrapping all of the dolls. Sep and I would get one from Marmee each year. We have 28 of them!

Mom also brought some pictures down. I couldn't believe how much Gwynn looks like me! This is me at 4 months!

On Thursday night we went to Layne's Christmas program. YES, SHE SANG!! This is the first year that she has actually sung at the program! I was so proud of  her!!

Here's Wynnie playing with one of her toys this morning while I put the girls clothes away.

She just had to help me put the socks away.

Such a hard job!

This afternoon Daddy and Hayden went hunting. Isn't she just the cutest!? She took some video for Layne and I while she was in the woods. It's hysterical. I will have to upload it to the blog!

While Daddy and Hayden were gone Layne, Gwynn, and I made teacher gifts.

Gwynn just insisted on being held, so she was my little helper.

Here's the finished product for the teachers!

Santa and Stuff

Gwynn loves her little tongue. It's just adorable when she sticks it out and starts to smile and talk.

Our tree this year!
I have finished all of the Christmas shopping, crafting, and wrapping! The only thing left is the Christmas baking. But all of that will come in a week or so.

These are the gift tags this year. Cute little black and white pictures of everyone. Thanks to Pinterest!

On Saturday I took the girls to see Santa!
Layne took one look at him and assumed her position clinging to my leg. Thankfully, the reindeer rocker was there so that she didn't really have to get too close to Santa! Worked like a charm.
I can't believe how big Gwynn looks!

Running

Here's what I saw this morning as I went for my run at the Horse Park with Wynnie. So foggy and kinda scary!

This is how I stay motivated. I put all kinds of stuff on the bathroom mirror these days. 21 Day Challenge!

Some Video Goodness!!

Rolling Over

Here's Wynnie all wrapped up after shower time! I just love this cutie!

We are in the process of getting her out of the swaddle blanket! Here she is at the beginning of the transition....one arm out!

Then we moved to two arms out. That's where we are right now. When she doesn't have it at all she rolls over on to her tummy and hates it. It's just something that she'll have to get used to-every baby does!

Here is Gwynn rolling over!

Yeah girl!
